  My whole family has been going to Dental Essence for several years now.
  Dr Phan makes you feel very relaxed, extremely informed and always goes through the procedure, or future treatments very thoroughly and presents the options. He never makes you feel rushed or pressured and is always willing to go over things if you are unsure. His approach is very professional, polite and kind.
  
  As a person who is petrified of dentists, and has avoided them, I feel reassured and at ease every time I go there.
  
  He also has put braces on my daughter where his attention to detail to second to none. Dr Phan always makes sure she is comfortable and knows what is happening ( which for a young lady getting dental work is extremely important ) and makes me feel very informed about every stage.
  
  In a emergency, his friendly office staff always do there best to give you an appointment asap and I have never waited long at all, on occasion have also received an appointment on Saturdays.
  
  The surgery is impeccably clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and has a very warm atmosphere.
  
  I would defiantly recommend Dr Phan and his team without hesitation.
